Venison Meatballs with Asian Seasonings
Ingredients:
1 pound Red Barn ground venison
1/4 cup onion, chopped
1/4 cup flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon sherry
1/2 cup water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/8 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon garlic salt
2 teaspoons cornstarch
Directions:
Combine meat, onion, flour, egg, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon soy sauce. Shape into meatballs.
Heat oil in a large skillet and cook meatballs.
Combine the remaining ingredients in a Dutch oven; add meatballs and simmer for about 30 minutes.
